This herbal blend was formulated to assist the body in healing the gut through a variety of medicinal properties.

Pour 24oz of hot water over 2tbsp of herb and let infuse for at least 30min- 1 hour. Remember, the longer it sits, the more potent it’ll be. It’s best to prepare a day before & let this sit overnight. 

Drink at least 48oz of spring water while consuming herbs. 

Do not drink no more than 4 days a week
