Eyebright (Wild Crafted)

Eyebright is a native herb celebrated for its ability to support eye health, reduce sinus inflammation, and ease seasonal allergies. It’s commonly used in blends for congestion, watery eyes, hay fever, and general respiratory discomfort. Its astringent and drying energetics make it especially helpful for excess mucus conditions.

How to Use:

Use 1–2 tsp per cup. Best prepared as a hot infusion, steeped for 10–15 minutes. Can also be blended with herbs like nettle, elderflower, or goldenrod for allergy support.
