Marshmallow leaf is a soothing, demulcent herb traditionally used to calm irritated tissues, especially in the respiratory and urinary systems. It helps moisten dryness, reduce inflammation, and ease discomfort caused by dry coughs, sore throats, or UTIs. Rich in mucilage, it coats and protects delicate membranes.

How to Use:

Best prepared as a cold infusion to preserve mucilage content. Soak 1–2 tsp of herb in cool water for 4–8 hours, strain, and drink. Can be paired with mullein or licorice root for added respiratory support.
