Passionflower (Organic)

A calming nervine herb traditionally used to support emotional balance, ease anxiety, and promote restful sleep. Passion flower may also help quiet a racing mind and gently support the nervous system without leaving you drowsy during the day.

How to Use:

Infuse 1–2 tsp in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Drink up to 2–3x daily, or as needed before bed. For blends, pair with chamomile, lemon balm, or lavender for enhanced calming effects.
