Lady’s Mantle (Organic)

A gentle astringent herb traditionally used to support menstrual cycle, uterine toning, postpartum recovery and overall womb health. Lady’s Mantle is Loved for its ability to ease cramps, heavy cycles, and hormonal shifts.

How to Use:

Steep 1–2 tsp in 8 oz hot water for 10–15 mins. Drink up to 2–3 cups daily.

Use as a tea, tonic blend, external compress for soothing support or even yoni steaming.
